Mindful Moments Checklist - A Companion to the Mindfulness Spinner

About a month ago, I launched a Mindfulness Spinner that provides a fun way to engage in self-care. As a complement to that, I have now created a Notion-based Mindful Moments checklist that you can use to plan your day’s self-care. The tasks it gives come in bite-sized chunks, perfect for busy individuals. They are broken up into small activities to be done throughout the day, adding up to about 40mins a day. It is available free via my Ko-fi.

The activities in this checklist include affirmations, stretching and reflections and were chosen from the ones I use myself, although I admit I do not do them on a daily basis. They have been effective for me and I hope it helps you find your inner peace and calm as well.
